Addison Hayes was incorporated on 1st November 2017. Our team's experience spans many different market sectors, including Healthcare, Utilities, Finance, Insurance, Retail, Membership, Media, Distribution, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Travel.

Projects have ranged from short audits (akin to an MOT, but for contact centres) to complete re-design, transformation or green field set-up of contact centres and customer experience programmes. 

Where clients use outsourcers, we have extensive experience in supplier selection and management.

With the rapid growth of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Virtual Workers over the last few years, several of our consultants specialise in helping organisations understand what makes a good RPA opportunity, helping them find and document those opportunities, ascertain their savings potential and then documenting the existing and post-RPA processes, before preparing handover documentation for the development team.
